3.17.7.5. Description
Low Speed Data is an asynchronous form of data output that is sent via the optional RS232 data port
of the unit.
The Low Speed Data is supplied from the incoming Transport Stream and can be sent in a number of
different formats. Currently the following are supported:
•
TTV_F2 Format – This is a proprietary MediaKind format.
• DVB Format – In this mode the data is carried as DVB
specified asynchronous data PES packets defined in ISO13818-
1.
