1. Fuel tank filter: Loosen the fuel pickup elbow shown, remove
it and clean the fuel filter.

2. Engine filter: Remove cap, then clean the fuel filter in the
engine.

3. Fuel tank: Water or dirt in the fuel tank may cause engine
trouble. Clean the tank at specified times or after the motor
has been store for a long period. (over three months).
IMPORTANT: Visually inspect for fuel leakage from the filter by
squeezing the primer bulb until firm, forcing fuel into the filter.
Exterior Care
Your outboard is protected with a durable baked enamel finish.
Clean and wax often using marine cleaners and waxes.
