Installation

4.6.6 Ventilation
The machine has a condenser connected to an exhaust fan to reduce the emission of steam.
Exhaust air outlets for extracting steam can be placed above the antrance and exit open-
ings as well as above the machine where steam is exhausted from condenser fan.
4.6.7 Installing extra equipment
Limit switch
Installation of limit switch will be done at the lower terminal block, which is placed in
front of the chemical wash tank. Take away the existing clamp. See machines electrical
connection. The limit switch is signified S11. NOTE! The machine has a power on 24V.
Conveyors
Installation of in- and out equipments (conveyors, curves) will be done after the electric
connection diagram. This is for machines which is prepared with motorswitch and con-
tactors for this equipment.
Electric installing to in- and out equipments will be done after the electric connection di-
agram. NOTE Machines operating power is 24V.
When installing motorswitch and contactors afterwards the electrical connections compo-
nents and installing notch be followed. This will have effect on the manufactors liability
see “SAFETY”.
Connection of conveyor to a machine with frequency converter
Note! To fulfil valid EMC-standard, screened motor cable must be used when connecting
external conveyors which are controlled by the machine. The cable fitting on the motor
shall be intended for screened cable. The junction box on the motor must be made of met-
al.
Emergency stop
Connection by another emergency stop will be done at the lower terminal block, which
is placed in front of the chemical wash tank. Replace the existing clamp with the connec-
tion for the extra emergency switch. See machines electrical connection. Extra emergency
switch is called S2 on the connection diagram. NOTE! The machine has a power on 24V.
