1. Slide the upper die up into the mill ensuring that the flattened portioned is aligned
with one of the two tension screws.
2. Use an Allen wrench to tightly secure the upper die in place.
Securing Industrial Dies
Many of our industrial dies come with a bolt and washer which provides additional
support. They prevent the bottom and top die from becoming stuck together when
using thicker/stretchy fabrics. If you have a set like this, it is highly recommended
that the bottom die be secured with them in addition to the steps in Securing
Industrial Dies
1. Take the washer and slide it onto the bolt.
2. Position the bolt and washer under the bottom die and screw up onto the
bottom of the die. Make sure the bolt and washer are tight.
