remove the battery (AAAA) from
inside.
2 Replace the battery and
reinsert it.
3 Please purchase AAAA
batteries from an electronics
store.
4 If the problem persists even
after replacing the battery,
please contact the Repair and
Support Center for repair.
1 Pinch the nib with tweezers or
similar and pull it out.
2 Insert a new nib into the tip of
the pen.
3 If the problem persists even
after replacing the nib, or if there
are no nibs to replace, please
contact the Repair and Support
Center for repair.
