94 Troubleshooting
7.14 P6: IPM Module protection
The following explanation is for 80/105 model.
Check whether P-N voltage on the IPM module
is OK. The DC voltage is from 277 to 356V.
Check whether the input power is
correct. The power is 220-240V,
1N, 50Hz.
Adjust to the right
range. Then check
whether the system
runs normally.
Check whether power
wiring is connected
correctly and firmly.
Connect firmly again
and check whether it is
connected right.
Check whether wiring
connection of E part is
connected firmly.
Connect firmly again and
check whether it is connected
correctly.
Check if rectifier bridge is normal
or not.
Check each reactor is
connected normally. If wiring
is damaged, the resistance of
two ports is ∞.
Check if wiring connection
between main PCB and IPM
module is fasten or not.
Check whether wiring
connection of the
compressor is connected
right and firmly.
Replace IPM module and
check whether the system
can operate normally or not..
Replace main PCB and
check whether the system
can operate normally or not..
Replace compressor and
check whether the system
can operate normally or
not.
Connect firmly
again and
check whether
it is connected
correctly.
Connect well
again and
check whether
it is connected
correctly.

Check the fuse on the power
board is normal or not.
Replace the
same model
fuse.
