Plateau judgment:
● During the boiling process, if the water temperature in the pot is higher than 80
℃ and less than or equal to 93 ℃, the temperature does not rise within 15
seconds after continuous heating or does not rise within 80 seconds after
intermittent heating, it is considered that plateau boiling point is detected.
● If the boiling point value has been obtained through the plateau program (the
value range is [81-93]), the next time the water is boiled, the work will be adjust-
ed according to the boiling point value. (this design is to prevent boiling water
from flying away).
● In the boiling process, the water temperature in the pot is higher than 93 ℃,
and it enters the false display stage until the temperature is displayed to 100 ℃.
Temperature display:
● When 81 ℃ - 93 ℃, if the temperature does not rise after 15 seconds of
continuous heating or 80 seconds of intermittent heating, it is considered that the
boiling point has been reached. If the current boiling function is normal, the work
will be finished directly after the boiling point is judged; (for areas with altitude
within this temperature range, the first boiling point will be finished by boiling
point migration, and then the boiling point in this area will be memorized, and the
subsequent boiling point will be changed according to the boiling point The
temperature should be adjusted in advance to prevent flying water)
● Boiling to boiling function: when 93 ℃ - 100 ℃ (excluding 93 ℃, the false
display of water temperature rising stage is displayed, that is, the water tempera-
ture rises by 1 degree every 5 seconds (when the actual temperature is higher
than the displayed temperature, the displayed temperature will be updated to the
actual temperature in time, and the false display timing variable will be re timed);
when the boiling point temperature of boiling water is between 81-93 ℃, the
second boiling water temperature will be at the boiling point temperature When
the actual temperature is higher than the displayed temperature, the displayed
temperature will be updated to the actual temperature in time, and the false
timing variable will be displayed again;
● Boiling Starting function: after heating, the temperature will drop from 100 ℃ to
the current temperature. If the actual temperature is less than 95 ℃ when 100 ℃
is displayed, the false display will be displayed until the actual temperature (but
the actual temperature will be displayed when the false display temperature is
lower than (set temperature - 5 ℃); if the current temperature is greater than or
equal to 95 ℃, the set temperature will be displayed for 10s, and then press 5S
for automatic display The dynamic drop is one degree lower than the actual
temperature.
Add cold water midway:
● It is forbidden to add cold water during operation;
