Protect Function Description
Heating time limit protection:
● If the boiling Starting working time is more than or equal to 16 (± 1) minutes, if
the boiling Starting function is started, the kettle will automatically enter the
dechlorination working state; if the boiling water heat preservation function is
started, the buzzer will sound three times, and the kettle will automatically enter
into the heat preservation working state.
Sensor abnormal protection:
● During the boiling process, the water temperature in the kettle is less than or
equal to 80 ℃, the temperature does not rise by 1 ℃ within 5 minutes (± 20s),
the heating tube stops heating, and the alarm is given at the same time.
● The nixie tube displays E7 and the buzzer sounds 10 times to enter the failure
mode.
Sensor over temperature protection:
● Continuously detect that the temperature of the temperature sensor in the
kettle is greater than or equal to 120 ℃ for 1s, and the heating pipe stops heating
and alarms at the same time.
● The nixie tube displays C1 and the buzzer sounds 10 times to enter the failure
mode.
Sensor short circuit protection:
● If the temperature sensor in the pot is short circuited for 0.5s continuously, the
heating tube stops heating and alarms at the same time.
● The nixie tube displays E2, and the buzzer beeps all the time and enters the
failure mode.
Sensor open circuit protection:
●The open circuit of the temperature sensor in the pot is detected for 0.5s
continuously, and the heating pipe stops heating, and the alarm is given at the
same time.
●The nixie tube displays E1 and the buzzer sounds 10 times to enter the failure
mode.
Zero crossing abnormal protection:
● If abnormal zero crossing signal is detected for 5S, the heating pipe will stop
heating and alarm at the same time.
● The nixie tube displays E0 and the buzzer sounds 10 times to enter the failure
mode.

● If it is detected that the current temperature suddenly drops below - 8 ℃ of the
insulation temperature during the working process, it is considered that cold
water has been added midway.
