4.11 H2: Outdoor unit quantity is decreased
4.12 H3: Outdoor unit quantity is increased
The error will only display on master unit, all the ODUs will be on standby.
Note: All the outdoor units should have unified power supply. If the outdoor units do not unified power supply,
units may be powered off individually leading imbalances in the system and damage.

Communication wire between
outdoor units is loose
Fasten the communication
wire
Some outdoor units addresses
(ENC1) are setting repeatedly
Set the addresses (ENC1)
differently
Some outdoor units in combination
are powered off (check the LED1 on
main PCB, if LED1 is on, the main
PCB is powered on, if LED1 is off,
the main PCB is powered off)
Turn on all the outdoor units
Outdoor main PCB is damaged
Replace the outdoor main PCB
