warm process by opening the door or
touching the sensors.
Please note that delicate food,
especially fish, can continue cooking
whilst being kept warm.

The Keeping warmfunction is switched
on. When cooking with a temperature
of approx. 80°C or above, this
function is active after approx.
5minutes. The food is kept warm at a
temperature of 70°C.
Off
The Keeping warm function is switched
off.
Steam reduction
On
If you are cooking at a temperature of
approx. 80°C or above, the steam

little shortly before the end of the

automatically switched off. With
steam reduction switched off, a lot of
steam will escape when the door is
opened.
