water filter flashes red, this indicates
that the filter needs to be changed
now.
...the0 symbol is flashing in the
ice/water dispenser control panel.
The ice/water dispenser drip tray is full.
^
Empty the drip tray.
. . . the control panel has misted up.
The heater element behind the control
panel is switched off.
^ Switch the de-misting function back
on (see "Ice/water dispenser").
. . . you cannot switch the ice/water
dispenser on.
^ Check whether the appliance is
connected to the electricity supply.
. . . the ice/water dispenser is not
ready immediately after switching it
on.
This is not a fault.
It may take a few seconds after
opening and closing the appliance
door before the ice/water dispenser is
ready for use.
. . . the ice/water dispenser is not
producing any ice cubes or chilled
water.

Check whether the appliance has
been switched on.
^
Check if the ice/water dispenser has
been switched on.
^
Check whether the ice/water
dispenser system lock has been
activated (the 0 symbol in the control
panel will be highlighted in yellow).
^
Check whether the appliance is
correctly connected to the mains
water supply.
^ Was the water inlet pipe purged of air
by a qualified and competent person
before the appliance was used for
the first time?
^ Check whether the stopcock is open.
^ Check that the ice cube container is
positioned correctly.
^
Check that the temperature in the
freezer is low enough.
^
Check whether there is sufficient
water pressure. The water pressure
(flow rate) must be between 1.7 and
5.5 bar.
^
Check that the correct valve was
installed; an incorrect valve may
cause a drop in water pressure.
^
Check whether the ice cube
separation function has been
switched off. If ice is not regularly
agitated by a spindle the ice cubes
can freeze together and block the
dispenser (see "Ice/water
dispenser").
