• Pull the extractor for chucks towards the other, so as to perform a vertical movement. Do not tilt the
extractor for chucks.
• Loosen, by rotating anti-clockwise, the jaw stop to free the chuck with the block.
The chuck extractor is used to extract the chuck if this has a handle: in case of flat
chucks, you can use the connection to the cryostat, in case of chucks with pin, there is
no handle unless the o-ring is removed in order to use the o-ring slot as connection for
the chuck extractor.
