Chapter 2 Basic Operation
Change the Table Height
Depending on the media thickness, change the height of
the table.
You can change the height of the table by replacing table
spacers that support the table.
At the time of purchase, the table spacer has not been
installed. The default setting of the table height is “0mm”.
This chapter explains the procedures to change the table
height to “50mm”.

Turn the power off, by giving the
key a long press.

Pull out the suction fan connector which is
under the table. (When using UJF-3042MkII
EX/UJF-6042MkII or suction table)

Raise the table, and remove it.

Attach the table spacer.

Attach the assembled table on the main
body.
(1) Attach the table on the original position.
(2) Insert the connector for the vacuum fan.(only
UJF-3042MkII EX/UJF-3042MkII EX e/UJF-
6042MkII/UJF-6042MkII e)
(3) Turn on the power supply.

Press the
(MENU)
in LOCAL mode.

Press to select “HEAD HEIGHT”,
and press the key.

Press to select “TABLE
SPACER”, and press the key.

Press to select a set value, and
press the key.
• Set Value : 0mm / 50mm / 100mm

Press the key several times
to end the setting.
Work height 53 mm or less 53 to 103 mm 103 to 153 mm

• When mounting the table, please be careful the
orientation of the table.
Please attach the
elongated holes at
the front left side.
