Nozzle Wash (When PR-200 ink
using)

Press the
(MENU)
in LOCAL mode.

Press to select “
MAINTENANCE
”,
and press the key.
• MAINTENANCE MENU will be displayed.

Press the key.
• “STATION” will be selected.

Press , and press the key.
• “NOZZLE WASH” will be selected and the
carriage will move.

Open the maintenance cover on the station
side.

(When using rubber wiper) Clean the wiper
and bracket.
• Perform Step 7 when using the suction wiper.
(1)
Open the right maintenance cover then pull out it
by holding protrusions at both ends of the wiper.
(2) Include F-200 / LF-200 maintenance liquid
in the clean stick and clean.
• Wipe off F-200 / LF-200 maintenance liquid
so that no maintenance liquid remains.
(3) Insert it in the original position by holding the
protrusions at both ends of the wiper.

(When using suction wiper) Clean the
suction wiper and around the wiper.
• Include F-200 / LF-200 in the clean stick and
clean.
• Wipe off F-200 / LF-200 maintenance liquid so
that no maintenance liquid remains.
• On models equipped with the PR-200, ink may
clog the nozzle. Please check the Ver. on the label
of the PR-200 ink cartridge, pack, or bottle, and
clean the nozzle. Please clean the nozzle twice a
week for Ver.2 and once a month for Ver.3.
