Clean the tube once a week to prevent wiper
tube clogging.
(1) Fill the dropper with 3 cc cleaning solution.
• Use the dropper scale for the liquid measure.
(2) Fill the suction wiper with the cleaning solution from
its mouth.
• Speed to fill with cleaning solution: 1 cc/second

Clean the cap rubber of the PR-200 head.
• Wipe off the ink adhere to the cap rubber with a
clean stick dipped in F-200/LF-200 cleaning
solution.
• Wipe off F-200 / LF-200 maintenance liquid so
that no maintenance liquid remains.
• At this time, the discharge passage is cleaned
automatically.

Fill the cap of PR-200 head completely with
the PR-200 maintenance liquid (C-ML013-
Z-B2-1-KW).
• Fill the syringe with PR-200 maintenance liquid
until the cap is full. Fill the cleaning solution until it
overflows from the cap.

Close the maintenance cover, and press
the key.

Press to set the time for the
maintenance Maintenance liquid to be left
as it is, and press the key.
• Set value : 1 minute (Unit: minute)
• Do not change the leaving time.
• The maintenance Maintenance liquid filled in the
cap is absorbed.
• “Please Wait” will be displayed in the display until
the time you set has elapsed.

Perform the head cleaning (hard) of the
PR-200 head once.

Check the nozzle status with a test print.
• If nozzle missing is observed, perform head
cleaning (hard) again and check the nozzle
status.
• Use the F-200 / LF-200 maintenance liquid
always to clean the wiper, bracket, and cap rubber,
and do not use the PR-200 maintenance liquid
（C-ML013-Z-B2-1-KW） .
• To prevent nozzle clogging, do not use PR-200
maintenance liquid other than the cap of the PR-
200 head.

• If the nozzle missing is not resolved, repeat this
cleaning up to 3 times.
If the problem persists after repeated three times,
contact your dealer, our sales office, or call center.
