reasonableservice/maintenanceplan.Neglectofthismayresultinmachinebreakdownor
personalinjury.
Warranty
THISWARRANTYISEXCLUSIVEANDISINLIEUOFALLOTHERWARRANTIES,
EXPRESSEDORIMPLIED,INCLUDINGWARRANTIESOFMERCHANTABILITYOR
FITNESSFORANYPARTICULARPURPOSE.
Exemptions
Mindray’sobligationorliabilityunderthiswarrantydoesnotincludeanytransportationor
otherchargesorliabilityfordirect,indirectorconsequentialdamagesordelayresulting
fromtheimproperuseorapplicationoftheproductortheuseofpartsoraccessoriesnot
approvedbyMindrayorrepairsbypeopleotherthanMindrayauthorizedpersonnel.
This warranty shall not extend to:
• Malfunctionordamagecausedbyimproperuseorman-madefailure.
• Malfunctionordamagecausedbyunstableorout-of-rangepowerinput.
• Malfunctionordamagecausedbyforcemajeuresuchasreandearthquake.
• Malfunctionordamagecausedbyimproperoperationorrepairbyunauthorized
servicepeople.
• Malfunctionoftheinstrumentorpartwhoseserialnumberisnotlegible.
• Othersnotcausedbyinstrumentorpartitself.
