If the Mindray Medical Equipment leak test fails immediately after starting, it could be due to the Auto/Manual ventilation switch being set to the bag position, displaying '[Manual Vent.]'. Set the Auto/Manual ventilation switch to the mechanical ventilation position. Alternatively, the drive gas (O2) pressure may be low (below 200 kPa), triggering a '[Drive Gas Pressure Low]' alarm. In this case, replace or connect the gas supplies, ensuring the drive gas pressure is between 350 to 450 kPa.
