These
springs
contact
the
bearings
mounted
on
both
ends
of
the
Lower
Fusing
Roller
and
exert
pressure
through
the
Lower
Fusing
Roller
to
the
Upper
Fusing
Roller
which
is
installed
in
the
Fusing
Unit.
The
Fusing
Unit
is
divided
into
an
upper
and
a
lower
half,
and
the
upper
half
can
be
swung
open.
The
Upper
Half
of
the
copier,
when
locked
in
position,
presses
the
upper
half
of
the
Fusing
Unit
down
onto
its
lower
half.

feed

paper,

touches

surface

sheet
of
paper
being
fed
out
of
the
Fusing
Unit
to
neutralize
any
static
charge
left
on
it.
The
Upper
and
Lower
Separator
Fingers
strip
the
paper
from
the
surface
of
the
Upper/Lower
Fusing
Roller,
Paper
Exit Roll
Charge
Neutralizing
Brush
