4. You may now highlight and or all the files you wish to transfer to your
computer. Once highlighted, go to the “EDIT” menu in the window, and
select “COPY”. Now you can navigate to your target location and select
“PASTE” for the “EDIT” menu. Your media may take several seconds for
the transfer to complete.
Use the Camcorder as a PC Camera (Windows XP Only)
1. Power your camcorder off. Connect your camcorder to the computer with
the included the USB cable.
2. Power your camcorder on. If the display shows “MSDC”, press the MODE
button to switch to PC Camera mode. Your screen will now show “PCCAM”.
3. In Windows XP, go into “My Computer” and double click “ USB video
tool”. The camcorder will now function as a PC Camera.
4. Press the Power button to exit PCCAM mode.
Note:
In Windows 7 and 8, the PC Camera function can only be used in a video
communication software such as Skype.
