HANDLING CALLS
1. RECEIVING
CALLS
Picking up the receiver or pressing the SPEAKER button
automatically answers the call ringing in.
2. MAKING
EXTERNAL CALLS
Lift the handset and press the Call button to gain outside dial
tone or press the OUTGOING button.
3. INTERCOM
CALLS
Dial the extension number
If…
Receiver’s Handsfree Mode is OFF-
The phone will ring until answered
*Dialing
9319 will turn Handsfree ON or OFF
4. QUEUE
If you dial an extension and it is busy or in DND, 6 and
hang up.
Your display will read Queue registered for extension…”
When the extension becomes available your phone will ring and
the display will read “extension is now available”
When you pick up your phone the other extension will ring.
5. TO TRANSFER
CALLS
Transfer to ring
While connected to caller press TRANSFER + EXTENSION
then hang up.
The call will ring at the other extension.
While connected to the caller press TRANSFER + EXT and
wait for the person to pick up. After announcing the call hang
up to send the call.
*If the receiver has already lifted their handset they must press
the CALL key to access the call.
While connected to the caller press the TRANSFER + Ext,
then press the HOLD button to place the call on hold at the
other extension.
Press the button + 4 + the extension where the call is
ringing or holding to pull the call to your extension.

Transfer to a mailbox
While connected to the caller press TRANSFER button, press
VMS button + the mailbox number and hang up.
6. CONFERENCE
CALLS
While on your first call press CNF
Make your next call and press CNF
You may include one more call and press CNF
Press CNF to enter the conference.
*To place the conference on hold press HOLD
Press CNF to re-enter * May have up to four parties total*
