The fixed acceleration/deceleration method is a type of acceleration/
deceleration processing whereby even if the command speed changes, the
time taken up by acceleration/deceleration remains fixed.

processing and parameters are invalidated.

Completion point designation method for speed change point
S curve acceleration/deceleration
