14 INTERNAL BUFFER CAPACITY SETTING
Configure the capacity of an area (internal buffer) that the system consumes to temporarily store the result of data logging and
the collection result of memory dump. When using the data logging function, adjusting the internal buffer capacity allows an
increase in the number of collected data and reduces the risk of processing overflow.
