Precautions
• Check the target model and obtain the firmware update file that matches with the target model from your local Mitsubishi
representative. The firmware update cannot be executed if the firmware update file does not match with the target model.
• Do not modify the data (folder name and file name) obtained from your local Mitsubishi representative.
• Do not power off or reset the CPU module during execution of the firmware update. If the CPU module is powered off or
reset before the firmware update is finished, execute the firmware update again.
• Do not remove the SD memory card from the CPU module during execution of the firmware update. If the SD memory card
is removed from the CPU module before the firmware update is finished, the firmware update may fail.
Troubleshooting
If the firmware update failed and an error code is stored in SD922 and SD933, check the following and take a necessary
action for troubleshooting.
If the firmware update fails even after the items above are checked and the actions are taken, the possible cause is a
hardware failure. Please consult your local Mitsubishi representative.

by the firmware update prohibition
file.
• Confirm that the firmware update is
not prohibited and can be executed.
0300H Firmware data
error
• An firmware data error was detected
during execution of the firmware
update function.
Flashing Off Flashing • Execute the firmware update
function again.
