5.2 System to Which Multiple Safety CPUs are Connected
■Setting details of device/label memory areas
Open the detailed settings window from the [Detailed Setting] for the [Device Setting]. Then set the safety device points on the
following window. Set number of points so that the total of the points will not exceed the capacity of the device area. Set the
parameters. Then, click the [Apply] button in the lower right of the window.
