5 SAFETY APPLICATION CONFIGURATION EXAMPLES
5.1 System Configured by a Safety CPU
■Refresh settings
Set transfer range between link device of standard remote I/O module and Safety CPU devices.
1. Select and input parameters as shown below.
2. Click the [Apply] button and complete "Refresh Settings".
