0: Normal
1: Data link error
Numbers 1 to 16 above indicate station numbers.
(Bits corresponding to as many as the number of occupied stations
are set to ON.)
Temporary error invalid stations, error invalid stations, reserved
stations and any station of the number higher than the max. are
excepted.
