Outdoor unit
Indoor unit
(1) The Qj (capacity code) set by the switch
(SW2) is wrong.
1) Check the Qj (capacity code) of the indoor unit
which has the error source address set by the
switch (SW2 on indoor unit board).
When the model name set by the switch is different
from that of the unit connected, turn off the power
source of the outdoor and the indoor units, and
change the setting of the capacity code.
*The capacity of the indoor unit can be
confirmed by the self-diagnosis function
(SW1 operation) of the outdoor unit.
Outdoor unit (2) The model selection switches (SW5-1 -
5-4) on the outdoor unit are set incor-
rectly.
Check the setting for the model selection switch on
the outdoor unit (Dipswitches SW5-1 - 5-4 on the
outdoor unit control board).
