3. Removing the bearing on the right side (motor side)
(1) Remove the motor, following the instructions in 1.-(1) through (4).
(2) Support the fan shaft in the center.
(There are no problems to use blocks to support the fan weight.)
(3) Loosen the pulley setscrew.
(4) Remove the pulley using a pulley puller.
