TO USE THIS PRODUCT EVEN IF MITUTOYO OR ITS AFFILIATED AND
RELATED COMPANIES AND/OR SUPPLIERS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
If, notwithstanding the foregoing, Mitutoyo is found to be liable to you for any
damage or loss which arises out of or is in any way connected with use of this
product by you, in no event shall Mitutoyo's and/or its aliated and related com-
panies' and suppliers' liability to you, whether in contract, tort (including negli-
gence), or otherwise, exceed the price paid by you for the product only.
The foregoing limitations shall apply even if the above-stated warranty fails of its
essential purpose.
BECAUSE SOME COUNTRIES, STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT AL-
LOW THE EXCLUSION OR THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSE-
QUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, IN SUCH COUNTRIES, STATES
OR JURISDICTIONS, MITUTOYO'S LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE
EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
