(2) Output data format
Each measurement is transmitted as 13-digit serial data. Each digit consists of a 4-bit
data that represents 0 to F(hexadecimal). Output is sequential starting with the LSB(least
significant bit). The table on the right shows the assignments of the 13 digits.
