Priority and Timing of Command Execution
Each RS-232 command is executed in the order that it is received. There is no prioritization of
RS-232
commands as is the case with digital logic commands. The digital logic commands have higher priority and
will override RS-232 commands.
The RS-232 commands generally execute within 25 mi
lliseconds or less with the following exceptions:
J (valve calibration) command can take several seconds to execute.
F (pressure unit) and T (setpoint type) commands can take up to 100 milliseconds to execute.
