Accessories
The xTablet Flex 8 offers the following optional accessories for purchase:
Auto Adapter - Rapidly charges the tablet while driving a car.
2-Point Shoulder Strap - Carries the tablet.
Snap Mount - Secures the tablet while operating a vehicle. Works with RAM Mount solutions.
4-Point Shoulder Straps - Carries the tablet and provides “hands-free” operation.
MiFi Pouch and Mounting Strap - Magnetic flap for lasting, secure accessibility for the optional MiFi radio.
Adjusting or Locking Screen Rotation
Windows 8.1 has the ability to rotate the screen when you physically rotate the tablet. However the UI aspect
resolution is not always desirable switching from portrait to landscape position on your screen. Here are
instructions on how to enable or disable this feature.
To allow auto-rotation
Right-click on the desktop, select Screen resolution, then check Allow the screen to auto-rotate, or
To choose the order of screen rotation
1. Swipe in from the right to display the Windows Charms bar.
2. Tap Settings, tap Control Panel, then tap Tablet PC Settings.
3. Tap Go to Orientation, then adjust your preferences for screen rotations.
Booting
To Boot from a USB Stick
Press F7 using a regular keyboard.
