Wiring
Note: For LPs with 610 boards that are Rev C or later, you simply connect wire assemblies to P9 and P10. Rev numbers
can be found underneath text “11-610” on PCB. If the board has P9, P10 you can skip the rest of this section. For most
LPs, however, you will have to cut off connectors on one end of each wire assembly and strip/solder wire assemblies
directly to the LP PCBs. Make sure you cut Wire Assembly #2 flush with connector. There is just enough length to stretch
comfortably from LP CV Out Board to 610 board.
1. Solder Crimped Wire Assembly #1 to 612 board as follows:
a. Red to + side of C5 (+10V)
b. Black to – side of C2 (-10V)
c. Green to + side of C3 (ground)
Note: On some LP Stages these caps are not populated, but component
names are still written (C5, C2, C3).
2. Secure Wire Assembly #1 to headphone jack wiring with cable tie.
3. Solder Wire Assembly #2 to the following points on 610 board.
a. Black = Filter EGR, Left of R88
b. Brown = Volume EGR, U5 pin 7
c. Red = Mod Bus, U36 pin1
d. Orange = Pitch, U53 pin 7
e. Yellow = Gate, top of D40
