• The Status LEDs are green.

The Alarm LEDs are off.
• The power supply Fan LED is off.
30 Place the base radio in Normal Mode, as follows:
a From the menu, select Service → Test and Measurement Screen.
b Click Change to Normal Mode.
c At the confirmation screen, click OK.
The base radio halts activity in the current mode and switches operation to the requested
mode.
31 Re-configure the Security Settings into the Backplane. See Setting the Serial Security Services
in CSS on page 138.
