Using the Phone
Turning the
Phone ON
and OFF
Follow these steps to turn your phone ON:
1. Extend Extend the antenna completely for
antenna best performance.
2. Open Open your phone to expose

once to turn the phone ON.

again to turn the phone OFF.
What you will see:
Each time you turn ON your phone, it performs a self-test to
let you know your phone is operational. When the self-test is
finished, the display reads
on
and you’re ready to go.
Standby
Mode
To conserve energy, your phone may turn off its lights and
most indicators when in standby mode. Don’t worry, the dis-
play will come back the next time you press a key or open the
phone.
