Using Memory
Storing into Phone Book
Each phone number is stored in a “memory location” in
your Phone Book. Memory locations are numbered 01-20
and can hold up to 16 digits.
You can arrange your Phone Book for convenient recall by
storing your nine most frequently called numbers in loca-
tions 01-09. That way you can use the Turbo Dial
keys to
dial them in a flash. See page 47.
Your StarTAC
phone’s memory is easy to program and
makes dialing a breeze, so give it a try!
Recalling from Phone Book
Phone numbers stored in your Phone Book can be recalled
in one of three ways:
By entering the two-digit location number
By scrolling through your Phone Book
By using one of the Recalling Shortcuts on page 47
