User Disabled or Suspended
User Disabled or Suspended indicates that your account is disabled or suspended. When your account
is disabled or suspended, you are not able to log in to the PTT server.
Your account can be disabled through the WAVE PTX Portal or by an authorized user.
If your account is disabled or suspended, your device shows the following indications:
•
A tone sounds.
• The voice announcement sounds.
• The top and bottom crescent red LED blinks.
The Power, Volume Up, and Volume Down buttons continue to work normally.
If you press the PTT button, your device attempts to log in to the PTT server. If your device is able to
connect to the PTT server, you encounter the normal login screen, else, your device sounds the voice
announcement.
