Storing a New Event
A title is required for a datebook event. All other information is optional.
Find the Feature

Press keypad keys to enter a title for the event (see “Entering Text”).

OK
( ) to store the event title.

to scroll to other fields and enter information as necessary.
Other fields let you enter start time, duration, date, repeating events, and
reminder alarm.

Press
DONE
( ) to store the new event and return to the day view.
Changing Event Information
To change information about an existing event:

to scroll to the scheduled event day.

VIEW
( ) to display the day view.

Press
to scroll to the event you want to change.

VIEW
( ) to display the event view.

Press
EDIT
( ) to edit the event.

to scroll to the detail you want to change.

Press
CHANGE
( ) to edit the information.

Press keypad keys to enter the new information.

Press
DONE
( ) to store the information and return to the day view.
