  Unstable EMG readings on your MTR+ Medical Equipment can occur due to: * Not using a reference electrode: Place a reference electrode. * Using the device with a notebook computer: Disconnect power from the notebook computer if it is in use. * Interference from nearby devices: Move at least four meters away from any device emitting strong radio or magnetic interference. * Patient muscle tension: Ensure the patient relaxes their muscles, as a relaxed muscle will read below 4 µV. * Heartbeat interference: If output peaks coincide with the heartbeat while electrodes are attached to main body sections, switch the device to Narrow band to filter out the heartbeat.
