Fault – Check Product Pump, Lines,
and Nozzle
Product did not achieve target weight.
Product tube connection is loose.

Product bag is empty.
Do not touch blend container during dispense cycle.
Prime avor repeatedly to purge obstruction.
If priming does not clear line, use squirt bottle to clear
obstruction. See page 18 for procedure.
Reboot machine by moving toggle switch off/on.
Secure product tube connection.
If fault remains call 888-436-5442 for service.
Blender Jam or Motor Failure
– Remove Container and Check for
Obstruction
Blender motor did not respond after 2 seconds during
blend cycle.
Blend pitcher coupling is out of position.
Something is in pitcher.
Place a different container in the blend station and push
the reset button on the touch screen.
Reboot machine by moving toggle switch off/on.
If fault remains, call 888-436-5442 for service.
Ice Shaver Failure or Ice Jam Ice shaver did not respond after 2 seconds during Ice
Shave cycle.
Bagged ice from a freezer is too cold/hard, large cubes
are difcult to shave.
Remove ice from bin, place blender in blend station,
pour warm water in bin and allow water to exit chute
outlet to verify ice is not obstructing the shaver.
Reboot machine by moving toggle switch off/on.
Refer to Ice Shaver troubleshooting.
If fault remains call 888-436-5442 for service.
Reach-in Temperature Out of Range
– Check Refrigeration System and
Door Seal
Temperature in reach-in unit above or below acceptable
limits.
Door is open.
Door gasket is out of place.
Weekly clean, rinse, and sanitize was recently
completed.
Close door.
Shift door gasket into place.
Wait 15 minutes and reset fault.
Check thermostat setpoint is set at 35°F.
Reboot machine by moving toggle switch off/on.
If fault remains call 888-436-5442 for service.
High Flavoring Product Temperature
– Check Duct Cooling Fan
Product temperature is greater than 42°F.
Door is open.
Warm product was added.
Duct fan is not operating.
Weekly clean, rinse, and sanitize was recently com-
pleted.
Close door.
Allow machine to run for 15 minutes then prime each
product.
Reboot machine by moving toggle switch off/on.
If fault remains call 888-436-5442 for service.
Communication Fault With Blender,
Reset Power to Machine
Shaver/Blender communication fault Reset power by moving ON/OFF Switch OFF/ON.
