Incorrectlysetprocessandreactivationairowscancausetheunittomalfunction.
Anydamagetotheunitresultingfromincorrectadjustmentoftheairowscaninvalidatethewarrantyoftheunit.
Theunitmustnotberunformorethanafewminutesbeforesettingupthecorrectairows.
1.Adjustthedampersinstalledinthedryairoutletandreactivationairinletductstothecorrectrated
airows.
2.Startthedehumidierandrunatfullpowerfor8minutestoallowthereactivationheatertoreachits
normaloperatingtemperature.
3.Verifythatthetemperaturedifferencebetweenthereactivationinletairandthereactivationtemperature
is95°C(tolerancelimit±5°C).Ifthetemperaturedifferenceliesoutsideofthe5%tolerancelimit,the
reactivationairdampercanbeadjustedinsmallstepsuntilthereactivationtemperatureiswithinthe
speciedtolerances.Allowthetemperaturetostabiliseaftereachadjustment.

Inletairtemperature=15°C
Reactivationairtemperature=110°C
Temperatureincrease=95°C
