The BLEND feature reduces noise and hiss while retaining some stereo separation, offering an alternative to full mono. Both FM Mute and Blend status can be stored for individual presets.

DAB Specific Features (230V version only):

DAB operation begins by toggling the [BAND] button to DAB mode. If no services are found, "No Service List" is displayed. DRC Value (Dynamic Range Compression): Adjusts the level of compression to manage dynamic range differences between stations. Options include "DRC 0" (no compression), "DRC 1/2" (medium), and "DRC 1" (maximum).
Manual Scan: Enables direct tuning to a desired DAB channel and aids in positioning the DAB antenna for optimal reception by displaying signal strength.
Prune List: Deletes inactive DAB stations from the service list.
Reset: Resets the DAB section to factory default settings.

XM Specific Features (120V version only):

XM tuning can be done manually by stepping through channels with the [TUNE◄►] buttons, directly by keying in channel numbers using the remote's numeric keys, or by category. In category mode, users can select a category (e.g., Country, Rock, Jazz & Blues) and then tune within that category.

Display and Information:

The DIMMER button adjusts the VFD brightness. The INFO button cycles through various information displays relevant to the currently tuned station or broadcast. For FM, this includes RDS station name (PS mode) and radio-text (RT mode), which might show song or artist names. For XM, it displays artist name, song title, category, or other text. For DAB, it shows Station Name, DLS (Dynamic Label Segment) scrolling text, Channel and Frequency, Ensemble Name, Program Type, Time and Date, Audio Signal Information (bit rate, audio type), and Error Rate. The signal strength of a tuned station can be displayed on the VFD by pressing and holding the [ENTER] button.

Sleep Timer:

The SLEEP button on the remote control allows users to set a timer for the tuner to switch off after a preset number of minutes. Each consecutive press reduces the sleep time until the mode is cancelled.

Maintenance Features:

Cleaning:
