What to do if my Napoleon BIPRO 825 burner output on high is too low?
- CCharles OrtegaSep 8, 2025
If the burner output on your Napoleon grill is too low on the “high” setting, accompanied by a rumbling noise, here are some possible causes and solutions: 1. Lack of gas: Check the gas level in the propane cylinder. 2. Pinched supply hose: Reposition the supply hose as necessary. 3. Dirty or clogged orifice: Clean the burner orifice. 4. Obstruction in venturi tube: Clean out the venturi tube. 5. Propane regulator in “low flow” state: Ensure the lighting procedure is followed carefully. All gas grill valves must be in the off position when the tank valve is turned on. Turn the tank on slowly to allow pressure to equalize. See lighting instructions.
