Why is there low heat/low flame on my Napoleon Grill when the valve is on high?

Low heat or flame on your Napoleon Grill can occur due to several reasons. If you're using propane, it may be due to an improper lighting procedure: ensure you follow it carefully, with all gas grill valves off when the tank valve is turned on, and turn the tank on slowly to allow pressure to equalize. If you're using natural gas, the supply line might be undersized, and the pipe must be sized according to the installation code. For both propane and natural gas, improper preheating could be the cause. Preheat the grill with both main burners on high for 10 to 15 minutes.
