Operation
SUGGESTEDWARM-UPTIME
NOTE:Beforeapplyingaloadorincreasingspeedabove
1,000rpm,warmupengineforaminimumof5minutesat
orbelow1,000rpm.Thewarm-upperiodallowslubricating
oiltoestablishalmbetweenmovingparts.
Afterallowingtheenginetowarmupfor5minutes,begin
operatingthevehicleatreducedenginespeedsandload
untilitreachesoperatingtemperature.Onceoperating
temperatureisreached,beginnormaloperation.TheCold
AmbientProtection(CAP)systemaidsinenginewarmup
andmaintainsengineheatduringextendedidlingperiods.
