Pushresetbuttontocheckairrestrictionindicator.Iftheair
lterwasnotchanged,theyellowindicatorwillreturntothe
samereadingwhenthevehicleisdrivenundernormaldriving
conditions.
Iftheyellowpositionindicatorhaslockedintheredzone,a
newairltershouldbeinstalledtopreventlowenginepower
orenginedamage.
1.Removerestrictedairlterelementanddiscard.
CAUTION
Topreventenginedamage,donotuse
compressedairtocleanlterhousing.
2.Useacleanwater-dampenedclothtocleaninsideofairlter
housing.
3.Inspectairlterhousingfordamageordistortion.Installnew
housingifnecessary.
4.Installanewairlterelement.
5.Pushresetbuttononairrestrictionindicator.Theyellow
indicatorwillreturntozero.
