The Initialize RS 232C function is used in asynchronous mode only to set the baud
rate (DH) and mode (DL). (In synchronous mode, an external clock determines the
baud rate.) The register values are set as follows.
DH = Baud Rate
0= 150 BPS
1 =
200 BPS
2 =
300 BPS
3 = 600 BPS
4 =
1200 BPS
5 = 2400 BPS
6 = 4800 BPS
7 =
9600 BPS
