ASSIGN.SYS file, which associates a device
index with a GIOS module (device driver).

LSI ADM5 with Retro-Graphics uses
XON-XOFF
flagging to avoid losing
data

GRAPHIC
INPUT
(GIN) When
GIN
is
invoked
on
the ADM5 Retro-Graphics
terminal, a crosshair
cursor
appears
on
the screen.
The crosshair can be moved by pressing one
of
the
four cursor movement keys
on
the keyboard. When
the
cursor
is
at
the desired location, the
point
can be
selected by pressing
any
alphanumeric key (other
than
RETURN). This causes the coordinates
of
the
point
to be transmitted back to the user program.
TEXT
The ADM5 Retro-Graphics terminal has continu-
ous scaling character sizes. Text can be
rotated
in
90-degree increments. One font,
standard
ASCII
vector characters,
is
available.
