event log may be recorded:

Event ID: 5603
Explanation: Provider Rsop Planning Mode Provider was registered
in WMI name space root¥RSOP, but the HostingModel
property was not specified. This provider is executed
with the LocalSystem account. This account has a
privilege, and if the provider does not impersonate a
user request properly, a security violation may occur.
Check the security operation of the provider, and update
the HostingModel property registered for the provider to an
account having the minimum privilege with which
necessary functions can be executed.
