Note: Google requires the Username be the entire email address, this applies to SMTP and POP3.
6.4 Setting Up Normal Mailbox Email Notification Options
These settings are made on a per mailbox basis and with the exception of 47-02-20 must be done in system
programming. The user can enable and disable this feature from mailbox setup which affects 47-02-20.
47-02-20 Enable Email Notification on a per mailbox basis. The number of mailboxes that can
enable this feature is controlled by the Email Client license 1014.
47-19-21 Set notification email address
47-19-22 When set the voice mail will be attached to the email as a WAV file. When disabled the
system sends a email notification but does not attach the voice mail. This option should be disabled
when sending SMS messages to a mobile phone.
